• Educational, not advisory: coding, payer, legal, and compliance content is general education, clearly disclaimed, and never presented as definitive professional advice.
• Industry figures are attributed as such: where we cite ranges or benchmarks, they are described as industry observations or published references — never as our own performance data.
• Comparisons name where competitors win: decision-guide content must present genuine trade-offs, including the cases against our own services.
• No affiliation implied: payer and software names are used for identification; disclaimers of non-affiliation appear on every relevant page.

Authorship

Content is currently published under company editorial authorship. Person-level author and reviewer profiles will appear only for real, named individuals with their consent — we do not publish invented experts. When individual profiles launch, their credentials will be stated accurately and their review roles will be genuine.

Sources and Currency

Regulatory and payer content links to official sources where practical (CMS, TMHP, TDI, payer provider sites). Healthcare rules change constantly; published dates and review dates appear on guide content, and material updates trigger review-date changes. Readers should always verify current rules with official sources before acting.
