How We Price
Most engagements price as a percentage of collections — the industry’s standard model, aligning our revenue with yours — with flat monthly fees for stable, defined scopes and project pricing for bounded work like old AR recovery, credentialing projects, and audits. Which structure we propose depends on your situation, and we explain the reasoning either way.
We do not publish a rate card, for an honest reason: identical rates produce wildly different economics across practices, and a number quoted before seeing your volume, specialty, and AR condition would be either padded or wrong. What Determines Your Price
